Ms. Rough is an organizational change consultant and an executive coach. She has designed and implemented change strategies for start-ups and mature organizations for over thirty years. Her career in Asia includes Managing Director of Organizational Change Strategies and Talent Management for GM Daewoo in South Korea, and Human Resources and Organizational Development Director - Asia Pacific based in Tokyo, Japan for Delphi Automotive Systems. She currently lives in Traverse City, Michigan, and she has two children who are working in Seoul.

Mr. Nakahama started his working career with Mistui & Co., Ltd after graduating from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan. He nourished his international business skill during his career with Mistui & Co., mainly in the steel sector. He engaged in global business with diverse customer base in all of the five continents, and his strong ability to establish relationships and network in multi-cultural environment is the foundation of his career with the Japan Business Society of Detroit. Mr. Nakahama is also on the Executive Committee Member for Japan Center for Michigan Universities and a Asian Committee Member for the Detroit Regional Economic Partnership.

Director of Business Strategy, Alticor; Director of Regional Planning and Management, Amway Corporation

Jon Voskuil currently serves as the Director of Regional Planning and Business Management for Amway, working with more than 40 affiliates with annual revenue in excess of USD $4 billion. In this current role, he supports the Asia Pacific Regional President with a broad range of annual and long range business planning activity and managerial support. He is also engaged in a number of enterprise-wide planning and operating model initiatives. Jon was previously head of Global Sales and Business Intelligence for the company, where he has worked since 1991.
